Vicki Rubin-Howton, Esq. is a Senior Associate Attorney specializing in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Vicki has over 33 years’ experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney, having practiced for some of the most prominent law firms in California and as a solo practitioner.
Vicki has mastery of all aspects of California workers’ compensation defense. She has extensive experience in WCAB appearances, case management, depositions, and cross examination of AMEs and PQMEs. Vicki maintains consistent, meaningful contact with her clients to assess exposure and to develop strategies to bring each claim to a prompt and cost-effective resolution.
Vicki earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
When she is not providing her clients with The Best Defense, Vicki likes to listen to Barbra Streisand, watch true crime documentaries, and vacation in San Francisco, Boston or New York City. Every once in a while, Vicki takes on the Sunday New York Times crossword puzzle in ink!
