Rebecca Breitburg, Esq. is a Senior Associate Attorney specializing in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Rebecca has practiced workers’ compensation defense exclusively since 2019, zealously representing the interests of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. She maintains consistent, meaningful contact with her clients to assess exposure and to develop strategies to bring each claim to a prompt and cost-effective resolution.
Rebecca earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she was the President of Musical Law Society and Vice President of Entertainment Law Society. She is a graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts from the prestigious School of Theater, Film, and Television.
Rebecca is admitted to practice before all California state courts, in addition to all federal district courts in California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
