Mitch used his experiences as a workers’ compensation defense attorney to help employers keep their workers’ compensation premiums down through prompt and aggressive claims management. Through this experience, he developed excellent customer service and communication skills.
Mitch is dedicated to representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in defending workers’ compensation claims. He is also committed to providing cost-effective defense representation and high-quality service to his clients.
