Sheena Ghassemi, Esq.

Sheena Ghassemi, Esq. is a Senior Associate Attorney specializing in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. She has practiced workers’ compensation defense exclusively since 2021, zealously representing the interest of employers, carriers, third-party administrators, self-insured groups, and nonprofit organizations. Sheena maintains consistent, meaningful contact with her clients to assess exposure and to develop strategies to bring each claim to a prompt and cost-effective resolution.

Sheena is admitted to practice before all California state courts. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles, and her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Sheena worked as a certified paralegal and legal assistant at some of California’s most prominent workers’ compensation defense firms. When she is not providing her clients with The Best Defense, Sheena enjoys staying active with daily workouts and running her side businesses crafting grip socks and handmade jewelry.
